Digital Products
This is a PRINTABLE product, meaning that it is a digital file that must be printed by the customer. The file you receive may be printed as many times as you need.

Shipping
Shipping for all digital products is FREE. Digital products will be delivered via email as a .jpeg file to the email you have provided at checkout. Please be sure your email is correct. You will NOT receive a physical item in your regular mail. Any items marked as “shipped” mean that they have been delivered to your email provided.

Delivery Speed
In most cases, your file will be delivered to the email you provide within 24 to 36 hours from the time of purchase. Most orders are processed in the evening hours. Orders that include special instructions or additional wording my take up to 48 hours. Please check your email accounts junk/spam folder if you do not see your file in your inbox after 48 hours. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of this custom product, no refunds or exchanges will be given.
Any mistakes on your product will be corrected at no additional fee.
